Wns Bpo

We are located right in the Main Market of Shakarpur at R-9. It’s a very active area, and you can always hear the sounds of the market from our windows. Wns Bpo is our small operation here in New Delhi 92. While the name might sound like a giant company, our office here is much more personal and local. We spend a lot of time on the computers and the phones, handling different kinds of support and back-office work. It’s a fast-paced environment because there’s always a new task coming in. The office is pretty functional with rows of desks and plenty of wires running everywhere. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy furniture. It’s just a place built for working. Most of us live nearby, so we know the Shakarpur area inside and out. We don't use much corporate lingo here. We just talk like normal people and try to solve problems as they come up. Sometimes it gets a little loud because of the market outside, but that just adds to the energy of the place. We don't have a grand vision or anything like that. We just want to do a good job for the people who rely on us. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way. No frills, no nonsense, just us working in the middle of a busy market. We usually take turns making tea for the office.
