You can find us on the second floor of house number 444 in Rishi Nagar. Rani Bagh is a busy place, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually full of people and scooters and delivery vans. It’s a modest space, nothing too flashy or high-end. We’ve got our desks set up and our computers running, and that’s about all we need to get through the workday. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and steep, so we always tell people to watch their step. We’ve been in this part of Delhi-34 for a while now. Most of the folks working here live within a few kilometers, so we often walk or take the cycle rickshaw to get in. It’s a very local atmosphere. We don’t have a big human resources department or a fancy cafeteria with a chef. We usually just order lunch from the small dhabas nearby or bring tiffins from home. Work is work, and we try to do it without making things complicated or using big words. Sometimes it gets a little loud when the market downstairs is in full swing, but it’s a good kind of noise. It reminds us that we’re part of a community. We’re just a group of people working hard in a small corner of Delhi, trying to keep our heads down and get the job done properly. No big promises.
