With Wns

Our office is at Da-16 in Shakarpur. It’s right near Vikas Marg, so it’s easy to get to if you know the area. New Delhi is always loud and busy, and this spot is no different. We do a lot of support work here. The desks are lined up and there’s always someone on a computer. We’ve been in Shakarpur for quite a while now. It’s a crowded neighborhood but it’s got everything you need. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just walk in and we are there. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails. Sometimes the traffic on Vikas Marg makes it hard to get to work on time, but we manage. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some white walls and rolling chairs. We keep it simple. There’s a tea stall just outside where we all go during breaks. It’s a regular job with regular people. We handle the tasks as they come in. No big speeches or fancy titles. Just us working away in Delhi. We have a small fan for each desk because the AC doesn't always reach the corners. It gets a bit loud with all of them running at once. But we are used to it by now. We just focus on the screens and try to get through the pile of work before the day ends.
