Our main spot is actually over at 252/2 Balwant Rai Colony in Yamuna Magar, Haryana. Even though our name mentions Delhi, this is where we do the daily work. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part, 135001 is the pin if you’re looking us up. We handle a lot of travel bookings, mostly for people around here who want to go somewhere else for a holiday or work. The office is tucked away, so it’s not like we get a huge amount of walk-in traffic from strangers. Most of our clients are people who have used us before or live nearby. We spend our time checking flight prices and looking at bus schedules. It can be a bit tedious when the systems are down, but we just wait and try again. We have a few desks, a couple of old printers that sometimes jam, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything is booked correctly. We don’t use big words or try to act like we are a global corporation. We just want to make sure your tickets are in your hand when you need them. It’s a decent living and we like being part of the local scene in Yamuna Magar, even if the work keeps us glued to our chairs most of the day.
