Our little spot here in New Delhi is located at B-44 in South Extension Part 2. If you know the area, you know how hectic it can get with all the shoppers and the traffic moving through the market streets. We’ve been operating out of this building for a bit now. It’s a different vibe than some of the bigger corporate parks you might see in places like Noida or Gurgaon. Here, you’re right in the middle of everything. Wipro has a lot of different branches, but this one is ours and we handle our own business. We mostly deal with the day-to-day operations and whatever projects come across our desks. The office isn't overly decorated or anything. We have our workstations and a place to grab some tea when things get slow in the afternoon. Delhi summers are pretty brutal, so we’re thankful for the air conditioning during those months. Most of the staff here have been with us for a while, so we know each other's habits and how we like to work. It’s not about being the loudest in the room; we just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is breathing down our necks, and other times we manage to get out while the sun is still up. It’s a decent place to work, and being in South Ex means there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite during lunch. We don't make a big fuss about things, we just keep the wheels turning day in and day out.
