Our office is situated at G-1, A-85 in the Rose Apartment complex. This is in the Paryavaran Complex area, right off Ignou Road in South Delhi. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a big name because it’s basically a residential apartment building. We work out of the ground floor. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time. There’s a small garden area outside the windows, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the monitor. The rooms are converted into workspaces, so you might see a kitchen sink in the back or a bathroom that looks like it belongs in a house. We have our server racks and desks set up where the living room used to be. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, though the road outside can get jammed with cars during peak hours. We don't have a big lobby or a security guard at a desk. You just come to the apartment door and ring the bell like any other visitor. We usually have some snacks in the cupboard and make our own coffee in the small kitchen. It’s a very low-key way to work. We like it because it’s not as stiff as those glass towers in Gurgaon. We just come in, do the technical tasks, and enjoy the relatively calm atmosphere of the Paryavaran Complex while we handle the day's requirements.
