Our branch is on the second floor of a building in Sector-7, Rohini. The address is B-4, 269/270. If you know Rohini, you know this area is packed with small businesses and shops. We handle BPO work for Wipro from this location. It’s not one of those massive campuses with gyms and cafeterias. It is a much more basic setup. We have rows of desks with headsets and computers. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets so stuffy with all the machines going at once. We work in shifts, so there is always someone coming or going. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the parking outside is always a nightmare. We mostly take the bus or the metro. It is a very busy environment. There is always the sound of people talking on phones and the clicking of keyboards. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. We have a small corner where we keep a water filter and a microwave. Lunch breaks are usually quick because the work keeps piling up. It’s the kind of place where you just focus on your screen and try to get through your queue. It’s just a regular office doing regular work every day in North Delhi. People are okay here, and we just try to get the numbers right before our shift ends.
