If you find yourself on Street Number 15 in New Mahavir Nagar, you’ll see our place at Wz-17/A. It’s a lively part of New Delhi, maybe a bit crowded for some, but we like the energy here. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The building is nothing fancy, just a solid place where we get our work done day in and day out. Being a BPO means there is always someone here, no matter what time it is. The night shifts can be quiet on the streets outside, but inside, it’s always moving. We have people coming in from all over the city, some taking the metro and some on bikes. There is a small shop nearby where we all get our samosas and tea during breaks. The desks are usually covered in notes and old coffee mugs. We don’t really go for that polished corporate look because that’s just not who we are. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The internet goes out once in a blue moon, and we all just sit around talking until it comes back. It’s a real place with real people who just want to do their jobs and go home to their families. We don’t have big speeches or fancy posters on the walls. Just the sound of keyboards and people talking on headsets. That is how things go here in 110018, just keeping our heads down and getting the daily tasks finished.
