Wipro Bpo in Indra Vihar is tucked away at number 292. This isn't the huge campus people usually associate with the name. It’s a more modest setup here in North Delhi. We are near the university area, so the neighborhood has a lot of energy. Our office is a place where people are constantly on headsets. We have shifts that run through the day and night, so the lights never really go off. The air conditioning is always running because the machines generate a lot of heat. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just some notices about the work schedules. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on the calls and the data we have to process. Outside, Indra Vihar is full of students and small shops. We just blend into the local scene. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes.
