Our office is located at House Number 3636 on Street Ram Nath Patwa. This is right in the heart of Pahar Ganj, which is probably one of the most active parts of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to 110055, you know the streets are narrow and there’s always something going on. We work in the BPO sector, so our days are filled with headsets and computer screens. It’s a lot of talking and solving problems for people on the other end of the line. The building isn’t anything special, just another house on a crowded street. We have several floors filled with desks. It can get pretty loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. We just have our workstations and a small break room where the kettle is always on. The commute can be a bit of a headache because of the traffic in Pahar Ganj, but we are used to it. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just give support and handle the data as it comes in. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we have a good group of people here. We just show up, do the job, and navigate the busy streets back home at the end of the shift. It is a busy life in a busy part of the city.
