Our office is based at D-30, Om-Vihar, Phase-V in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. Uttam Nagar is very crowded and the streets are quite narrow. Finding the office can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the phases. We are in a small building that used to be a house. We do all our tourism and entertainment work from here. The walls are covered with posters of places like Goa and Manali, but they’ve faded over time because of the sun coming through the front window. There are four of us working here most days. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones talking to vendors and booking agents. The desks are a bit of a mess with sticky notes and old brochures. We have a small cooler for water, but it makes a loud rattling noise when it’s running. In the evenings, the street outside gets very loud with people coming home from work and kids playing cricket. We usually stay late to finish up the day's bookings. It’s a bit cramped inside, especially when we have visitors, but we make it work. We’ve been in Om-Vihar for several years now and we like the local feel of the place. There’s a sweet shop nearby that makes great samosas, which is where we usually get our evening snacks. It’s just a normal office where we try to stay organized.
