Wingspan Aviation is located at Rz-29 in A Block of Bhagwati Garden. This is in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the streets are always full of people and rickshaws. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. We are an IATA authorized place, so we deal with a lot of flight bookings and travel stuff. The office isn't very big. It’s just a functional space where we can fit our computers and all the travel documents we have to handle. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a big boardroom. We usually just sit around the main desk and talk about what needs to be done. Uttam Nagar is great because you can get anything you need right outside the door. We don't use fancy talk or try to sound like a big multinational company. We are just a small team of people who know how to get tickets sorted. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but we’ve learned to talk over it. We don’t have a big sign with lights, just a simple board so people know they’ve found the right place. We just take things one day at a time and try to help the people who come into Rz-29. It’s a simple, honest way to work for everyone involved.
