Wings Customer Care(Itc)

We are based over in Palam Colony, specifically at D-169 in Raj Nagar-II. It is a bit of a trek to find us if you are not already familiar with these streets, but it is where we show up to work every single day. Mostly, we deal with customer issues and help people try to figure out what went wrong with something they bought. The phones ring a lot, and there is usually a messy stack of papers on someone’s desk waiting to be filed away. It is not the quietest office in New Delhi by any means, but we get the job done. Sometimes it is just answering the same question ten times in a row, but that is just how the day goes. We have a small team here and we drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going through the afternoon slump. People come by in person sometimes when they cannot get through on the phone lines, and we try to sit them down and explain things. It is a very practical setup, nothing flashy or modern about it. The building is older and the stairs are a bit narrow for two people to pass. The local tea stall guy knows all of our names by heart now. The neighborhood is usually buzzing with people going to work or the market, so there is always noise coming through the window. We have a few old plants on the windowsill that haven't been watered as much as they should be.
