Wings Customer Care

Wings Customer Care is set up here in Village Bhungarni, which is part of the Shivpur post office area in Ward Number 7. We are located at Mr. Bhupinder Singh’s place. It’s a bit of a drive out into Tehsil Paonta Sahib in the Sirmour district, but it’s where we live and work. Things move a bit slower out here than they do in the big cities. We handle different customer issues that come up, mostly people from the nearby villages who need help with their products or services. It is just a small office setup, nothing very modern or high-tech to look at. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. Mr. Bhupinder is usually around to oversee things and make sure we are staying on track with the daily tasks. We get a lot of phone calls throughout the day. Sometimes the signal isn't the best because of the hills, but we manage. People know where to find us if they have a problem. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the local community. It is a practical way to earn a living while staying close to home. We just try to get through the list of tasks every day and help whoever walks through the door. It’s just a simple village business where we know most of our callers by name.
