Our office is located at Flat No. K - 8 Nsb, over in Naryana, New Delhi 110010. It’s a flat, so it’s got that lived-in feel to it. Wings Customer Care Pvt Ltd is the name on the door. We have desks squeezed into the rooms and phones everywhere. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is in a place like this. The Naryana area is quite industrial and busy, so there’s always something going on outside. We don't have any fancy corporate art on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes taped up. We spend most of the day answering calls and trying to help people with their issues. It’s a lot of listening. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't a giant call center with thousands of people. We are just a small group in a flat in 110010. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers get mixed up when we are busy. We just sort it out and keep going. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. People call us, and we talk to them. That is basically the whole thing. We don't have any big mission statements or anything. We just show up at Flat K-8 every morning and do the job until it is time to go home.
