We are located at 27 Rimjhim Bhawan in Rishikesh, which is a beautiful part of Uttaranchal. The address is easy to find if you are in the area. We run a hospitality business here, which basically means we spend our time looking after people who come to visit the mountains and the river. It’s not a corporate hotel vibe at all. The building has its own character and we treat it like a big home. We are always busy with something, whether it’s fixing a leak, changing the linens, or talking to someone about the local trekking routes. Rishikesh is a place that attracts all kinds of people, and we see them all here. We don't have a polished script that we follow. We just talk to people normally and help them out with whatever they need for their stay. The weather changes quickly here, so that keeps us on our toes. The office part of things is just a small desk where we keep the books. We don't use any fancy management software; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak season when the town is full of tourists, but we just keep going. It’s a good life being near the hills. We don't need to brag about what we do, we just do it every day and hope the guests have a decent time.
