Our shop is located in Sukhdev Market, specifically at numbers 19 and 20 in Kotla Mubarakpur. White Feather J Cab Co has been a part of this market for a while now. It is a busy place with a lot of shops squeezed together, so there is always something going on outside our door. We focus on getting cabs to people who need them, whether it is for a quick trip across town or something longer. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and phones that ring quite a lot. We do not have any fancy decorations or a lounge area. It is a working office through and through. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers, checking where they are and if they have reached their pick-ups. Kotla is a tight-knit area, and we know most of the other shopkeepers in Sukhdev Market. Sometimes the traffic in the narrow streets makes things difficult, but we have learned how to work around it. We do not make big promises about being the fastest or the best; we just try to get a car to you when we say we will. If there is a delay, we let you know. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. We are just regular people working in a local market, trying to keep the cabs moving and the customers informed.
