Whipro Bpo is situated at 50 National Park in Lajpath Nagar Iv, New Delhi 110024, India. This is where we come every day to handle the business processes and customer calls. The office is a large space filled with rows of desks and computers. It’s a very busy environment because we have different teams working on various tasks at all hours. Lajpath Nagar is a really crowded part of New Delhi, known for its big markets, so getting to work can sometimes be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. Once we are inside, it’s all about the headsets and the screens. We spend hours talking to people and solving whatever issues come up on the system. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience and sitting in one place. We have a small break area where we go to get water or tea, which is where most of the office chatter happens. The building at National Park is easy enough to find, and we’ve been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a practical, no-nonsense workplace. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that; it’s just a standard office meant for getting through the daily workload. We work in shifts, so the lights are almost always on. It’s just how things go at a BPO in a big city like this. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
