Welgrow Travels

You can find us at Room No-33 inside the Vikas Complex. That is over in Katwaria Sarai, F-116. The building itself is one of those older complexes where you have to navigate through the corridors to find the right door. Our room isn't very big, mostly just enough space for a few desks, some computers, and a lot of folders stacked up. We spend most of our time looking at maps or typing out itineraries for people who want to go somewhere else. Katwaria Sarai is always full of students and people moving around, so there is a lot of noise from the street that filters in. We’ve got a small fan that rattles a bit, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But it’s where we do all the work for Welgrow Travels. People drop by to ask about ticket prices or just to pick up their papers. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just sit there waiting for the page to load so we can finish a booking. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s ours. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The filing cabinet is a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple operation here in New Delhi, just a few of us trying to get the details right for whoever walks through the door.
