We are situated at A-66 in NDSE Part 1, which most people just call South Extension. It is a pretty well-known part of New Delhi, and being in Part 1 makes it easy for people to find us. Our office is a professional space where we manage things related to heritage properties. It is not a massive corporate headquarters, just a decent-sized building where we have our desks and meeting rooms. The atmosphere is fairly quiet compared to the main market area just a short walk away. We have been at this address for a good number of years now, so we are quite settled in. Inside, you will find lots of folders, architectural drawings, and people busy on their phones. We don't really go for the high-end office look; it is more about being practical and having enough space for all our files. Parking in South Ex is usually a mess, so we often tell visitors to be careful where they leave their cars. Our team is quite small and we all know each other well. We don't wear formal suits unless there is a specific reason to. Most days, it is just us working through the various tasks and coordinating with people at different properties. There is a small pantry where we make tea, and that is usually the center of the office during the afternoon. It’s just a regular, working office in a busy part of the city.
