Welcome Group

You can find us at Gh-13 1062 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our workspace set up here in New Delhi. The Welcome Group is basically just us handling various bits of business that come our way. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It's a modest setup where we keep our files and take our calls throughout the day. Most days are pretty routine. We drink a lot of tea and go through the paperwork that piles up on the desks. We've been in Paschim Vihar for a good long time now, so we know most of the people around here. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits every day. We dress casual and just get to work. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to take a break, but that's just life here in the city. We don't have any big corporate goals that we talk about in meetings. We just want to do a decent job and go home at the end of the day. It’s a small operation, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you’re answering the door and the next you’re typing up a report or calling someone back. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We like being in this part of town because it’s not as crazy as the center of the city, but it's still got plenty of life.
