Vodaphone

Our shop is located in Gokal Pur, Delhi 110094. We use the name Vodaphone, and it is a pretty small spot compared to the big offices. We are right in the middle of the neighborhood, so it is always busy outside. The address is just a simple one in Gokal Pur, and most people around here know exactly where we are. Inside, we have a counter and some shelves with various things on them. It is not a polished showroom. The floor is a bit dusty from the street and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. We spend our time helping people with their phones and sorting out bills. It is basic work, but it keeps us busy. We do not have any corporate training or scripts to follow. We just talk to people like normal and try to solve their problems. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there are too many customers in the small space, but we just handle them one by one. The heat in Gokal Pur can be tough, so we keep the door open to get a bit of a breeze. We are just regular people earning a living in this part of Delhi. We do not have any big slogans or marketing plans. If you need help with something, you just come in and ask. That is how we have always done things here.
