This is the Vodafone point located in Mayur Vihar A 3. It is a straightforward place where we handle everything related to your mobile connection. Most of the day is spent dealing with people who have lost their SIM cards or need to switch from prepaid to postpaid plans. It can get quite busy in the afternoons, and sometimes there is a bit of a queue. We have a small seating area, but it fills up fast. We handle a lot of bill payments for folks who don't like using the apps on their phones. The office is simple, with just the basic desks and computers we need to access the systems. We see all kinds of people, from students looking for cheap data plans to older residents who need help figuring out why their internet isn't working. We try to be patient even when the system is running slow, which happens more often than we would like. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s part of the neighborhood. Mayur Vihar is a nice area, and we have been at this specific spot for a long time. People know they can come here if their phone signal is acting up.
