Our shop is located right in the middle of Chandni Chowk, at 694 Bagh Diwar in Katra Neel. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how incredibly crowded and busy it gets. There are people everywhere, and the noise from the market is constant from morning until night. We spend our days here helping people with their phone connections and recharges. It’s a small space, but it stays very busy because of where we are. We don't have a big fancy showroom; it’s more of a practical spot where folks can pop in while they are doing their shopping in the market. We’ve been here long enough to know the other shopkeepers around Katra Neel. It is a very old part of the city, and the buildings have a lot of history, even if they look a bit worn down now. We just focus on getting people's phones working so they can get back to their day. Sometimes the heat is a bit much or the crowds make it hard to even get to the door, but that is just life in Chandni Chowk. We don't do anything too fancy here. We just sit at the counter and deal with whatever problem comes our way. It’s a simple way of working, and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the market. We just keep the shutters up and keep moving through the day until it's time to go home.
