We operate out of A-116 on the 2nd floor in Sudarshan Park. This is in the Moti Nagar area of New Delhi, pin code 110015. While the name Vodafone is a big one, this specific office is just where we handle the local stuff. It’s not a fancy store with a lot of displays. It’s more of a back-office kind of place where we deal with the technical side of things and customer accounts. The building is a regular one in a busy neighborhood. We spend our days sorting out connection issues, looking at billing, and making sure the signals are working like they should. It isn't always easy, especially when there are outages or cables get damaged somewhere in the city. We just take it one day at a time. The staff here is local, and we usually just walk or take the metro to get to work. Moti Nagar is a crowded place, so there is always noise from the street coming up to the second floor. We don't really use corporate scripts when we talk to each other. We just say things as they are. It’s a straightforward environment. We keep our coffee machine running and try to get through the queue of tasks before the day ends. We aren't some distant call center; we are right here in the park doing the daily work to keep everyone connected.
