Vodafone In Call Canter

Our call center is located at 63/4236 Regar Pura in the Karol Bagh area of New Delhi. It is a very busy place because there are people on the phones at almost every hour of the day. Karol Bagh is known for being crowded and loud, so there is always a lot of energy around our building. Inside, we have a lot of rows of desks where the staff sit with their headsets on. We spend our time answering calls from customers who have questions about their mobile service or problems with their bills. It is a lot of talking and listening all day long. The office is not very fancy, it is just a functional space where we can do our work. We have a small area for lunch breaks where people can relax for a bit before going back to the phones. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when we have a lot of calls waiting, but we just try to get through them one by one. We don't have any big corporate speeches or fancy goals; we just aim to answer the questions people have. Most of us are just regular people working hard to make a living. It’s a busy environment and we are constantly moving from one call to the next. We just focus on doing our jobs and helping people out as best as we can.
