You can find us over at 88 on the third floor, specifically the right-hand side, in Sant Nagar. We are right near East of Kailash and Nehru Place, so the area is always buzzing with people and traffic. This is the Vodafone Essar office. We handle a lot of the basic stuff like new connections, SIM cards, and fixing issues people have with their bills. It’s a small space, not a giant corporate building. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when it gets busy and people have to wait their turn. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit tiring, especially when it’s hot outside, but the office is okay once you get inside. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. Most of our customers are from the surrounding markets or the local residential blocks. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place where we do our work and try to help people get their phones working again. Dealing with mobile networks can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we just take it one customer at a time. In the afternoons, we usually have some tea and sort through the paperwork. It’s a regular office in a busy part of New Delhi. We aren't doing anything special, just making sure the daily tasks get finished before we go home and we try to be helpful.
