Vodafone Essar Spacetel Ltd

We are based at Flat No 131 in Rail Vihar, Sector 33, Noida. It is a bit unusual to be in a flat, but it works well for our team. We are part of the telecom operations for Vodafone Essar Spacetel Ltd. The area is mostly residential, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have our servers and computer setups here. We spend our time making sure the network is doing what it is supposed to do. It’s a lot of technical monitoring and troubleshooting. We have been in this Noida location for several years now. The office has a bit of a homey feel because of the building. We aren't interested in being flashy or having a big corporate image. We just want to make sure the connections are stable. Sometimes we have to deal with unexpected technical problems, and we just work through them until they are fixed. It’s a small group of us here, and we get along well. We usually have our lunch together and talk about everyday things. It’s a very grounded way to work in a big industry. We like the convenience of Sector 33 and the way our office is set up. It’s just a normal day of work for us.
