We are located on the second floor of the DDA flat at 110/144, right near the police station in Ambedkar Nagar. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and being near the station means it's pretty easy for people to find our spot. We work on the telecom side of things, specifically for the southern part of the city. Our office isn't one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the tech parks. It’s just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have a lot of cables, some computers, and a lot of paperwork about phone lines and service plans. It can get a bit messy, especially when we are trying to sort out a technical problem for a customer. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just handle the day-to-day tasks that keep the network going. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know each other well. Sometimes we have to deal with frustrated people when their service isn't working, and we just try to listen and fix it as fast as we can. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a local tea stall nearby that we use. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we just try to get through the day's tasks. It isn't perfect, but we do what we can to keep everyone connected.
