This is our local setup on Jain Road, specifically in Gali Number 2 at Kakrolla Mode. It is a busy little corner of Delhi-59. We handle the mobile service side of things from this location. It is not a big corporate tower; it is more of a functional office where we deal with the technical and customer side of the network. There is usually a lot of wires and equipment lying around the back. People from the neighborhood often stop by when they have issues with their connection or need help with a SIM card. The office is a bit small for the amount of work we do, but we make it work. It can get pretty cramped during the peak hours when everyone is coming in after they finish work. We have got a few technicians who are usually out in the field and a couple of us who stay back to manage the paperwork. The street outside is always full of life, which is nice but can be distracting when you are trying to concentrate. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps of the area and service charts. We have got a small bench outside where people wait if it gets too crowded inside. The tea stall next door is where we usually take our breaks. It is a simple life here, just making sure the lines stay connected and the billing is sorted out for the locals.
