The Vodafone Collection Agency office is over at A-3/4 Press Enclave in Street No-6 in Vikas Nagar. It’s right there in Uttam Nagar in Delhi-59. It’s a pretty standard office setup where we spend our hours looking at bills and calling people up about their payments. It isn't the kind of work that makes you popular but it’s what we do to keep things moving. The office can get quite loud with everyone talking on their headsets at the same time. We have a lot of files and computer screens that stay on all day long. Outside on the street there is always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic in Vikas Nagar. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people who come here are just trying to sort out a mistake on their bill or pay what they owe so they can get back to their lives. Sometimes we have to explain the same thing over and over again until it makes sense. It takes a lot of patience to do this kind of work day in and day out. We aren't some fancy firm in a glass building. We are just a small team working in a regular neighborhood. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about normal stuff like the weather or the cricket score. It’s just a regular workplace like any other around here and we try to be fair.
