You can find us at A-40/1 in Nagali Razapur, which is over in East Nizamuddin. We are actually located inside Life Medicos, care of Md. Faizullah. It’s a bit of a strange setup because it’s a pharmacy too, but it works for what we do. We handle travel bookings and destinations under the name Viva Detination (P) Ltd. The smell of medicine is always in the air because of the shop, but we’ve gotten used to it after all these months. It’s a busy little spot. People come in for their prescriptions and sometimes they stop to ask us about holiday packages or train tickets. We have one desk in the back where we keep our computer and all our travel brochures. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or carpets. It’s just a corner in a local shop. Nizamuddin is a historic area, so there are always tourists and locals walking by the window. We don't have much room, so we have to keep everything very tidy and organized. We drink tea from the stall across the street several times a day. Md. Faizullah is usually around if anyone needs anything. It’s a friendly place to work. We don't use any fancy booking systems, just the regular ones. It’s a simple business run by people who live nearby. We like being part of the community and helping our neighbors plan their trips.
