You can find us in the middle of the Shakarpur Khas main market in Delhi. We are actually right at Shop No 21, where Ravinder Dry Cleaner is located. It’s a busy spot, and the market is always full of people shopping for clothes or groceries. We handle travel and holiday planning from this little shop. It’s not a big fancy travel agency like you see in the malls. We have a small desk, a couple of chairs for people to sit on, and a computer that’s seen better days. Being in the market means it’s never quiet. There is always music playing from another shop or people shouting. We like it that way because it feels alive. People often stop by to ask about train tickets or bus routes while they are out doing their regular errands. We try to help everyone who comes in. Sometimes we have a lot of brochures piled up on the counter. It’s a bit messy, but we know where to find the information. We’ve been in this market for a while, so we know the other shopkeepers well. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people just see our sign when they are getting their clothes cleaned or buying vegetables. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just want to help people get where they need to go without any fuss. It is a practical life in a crowded city market.
