Our office is tucked away in Lok Vihar Society in Vikas Puri, specifically at number 65. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays fairly quiet during the day compared to the main market roads nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phones here, talking to people about their travel plans or fixing issues with their tickets. The desks are covered in notebooks and pens because we still like to write things down while we talk. It gets quite bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the front window, so we usually have to pull the curtains halfway down just to see our computer screens. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to stretch our legs. Dealing with flights and schedules means things can get a bit hectic if there’s a delay somewhere, but mostly we just handle the paperwork and keep things organized. The gate to the society sometimes gets stuck in the rain, so we tell people to just give it a good shove if they’re coming to see us. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and know most of the neighbors who walk their dogs past our door. It’s a simple setup with a few chairs for visitors and a big map pinned to the wall that’s starting to curl at the edges. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping up with the daily tasks.
