Being located in Basant Nagar is handy because it’s so close to the airport operations. It isn't a retail shop where you come to buy snacks; it is a working office for aviation matters. We spend most of our time dealing with flight details and coordination. The building at number 81 is pretty standard for this area. It gets a lot of noise from the planes overhead, which you get used to after a few days. We have a small team here. Most of us have been in the aviation business for years and we know how things work on the ground. There is always someone checking a list or talking to the ground crew on the radio. It’s not a fancy place with carpets and art on the walls. It is a functional space with metal desks and filing cabinets. We focus on the daily flights and making sure everything is lined up for the crews. Basant Nagar has a lot of people who work at the airport, so it feels like a small community of aviation folks. We don't really do much marketing or anything like that. We just show up, do the shifts, and make sure the paperwork is sorted for the next flight out. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
