We deal with facility management, which mostly means we help buildings stay in good shape. It’s a lot of organizing cleaners, electricians, and plumbers for different properties around New Delhi. Vipulfacilitymanagement Pvt Ltd is basically run from this flat. It’s a busy spot with people coming in and out to drop off keys or sign off on work orders. My desk is usually covered in maintenance logs and contact lists. We chose Dwarka because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. The 110047 area is quite nice, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't a big firm with a lobby or a receptionist.
