Vipul Facility Management

We are based out of H.No-5 in the Old Staff Colony near the B.T.M. Mills in Bhiwani. Being in Haryana, we see a lot of industrial activity around us. Vipul Facility Management is mostly about keeping things running. We handle the cleaning, the repairs, and the general upkeep of buildings. It is hard work and not very glamorous, but it needs to be done. Our office is right there in the colony, so we are close to the mills. Most of the guys here are from the local area. We start early in the morning, checking our lists and making sure everyone has the tools they need for the day. It’s a lot of physical labor. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or we are short-staffed, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this spot in Bhiwani where we coordinate everything. The dust from the mills is always around, so we spend a lot of time just staying on top of that. We take care of residential and commercial spots nearby. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the job, and go home. People know us around here because we’ve been at this address for quite some time. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We just try to do right by the people who hire us, day in and day out, without making any big fuss.
