We operate Vipul Facility Management Pvt Ltd from a location near the Golok Dham Ashram in New Delhi. It’s an interesting spot to have an office, quite different from the usual industrial blocks. Working near the ashram gives the area a certain feel, and we’re used to the flow of people around here. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk because we’re mostly dealing with practical, hands-on problems. If a pipe leaks or a light goes out somewhere, we’re the ones who get the call to fix it. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s necessary for keeping buildings running right. We’ve been doing this for a while and have a rhythm to how we handle the daily requests. It’s just a group of us in an office making sure things stay in good shape for our clients. We keep at it because people depend on these places working.
