Vikas Telecom

Vikas Telecom is over in Palam Colony, specifically in Sadh Nagar at Gali No 34, house number F 164. It’s right in the middle of a residential area, so we get a lot of neighbors coming in. Being in a gali means it’s a bit more personal. We know most of the families living around here. Our shop deals with phone repairs and connections. It’s a small place, nothing fancy at all. We have a counter and a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait. Often, we’re just chatting about the neighborhood while we work on a phone. The street outside can get a bit narrow and crowded with bikes, but that’s just how Gali 34 is. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s been a few years now and we’re still here. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. If someone has a problem with their mobile, they know they can just walk down the street to F 164. We try to be fair and just do the work properly. Sometimes the kids from the street come in just to say hello. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don’t have any corporate goals, just keeping the shop going and helping out the folks in Sadh Nagar. It’s a simple life and we’re quite alright with it.
