We set up our office in Sector 20, Noida, specifically at G-150. If you know the area, it is a pretty standard spot with plenty of offices and houses all mixed together. Our office is not anything fancy, just a few rooms with desks and computers where we sort out travel plans for people. Most of the day is spent on the phone or clicking through different screens to find flight paths or hotel rooms that are available. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a big relief in the summer heat here in Gautam Budh Nagar. We usually grab lunch from one of the small stalls nearby or bring something from home to eat at the desk. It is a practical environment for us. We do not spend money on expensive decorations or flashy signs to attract attention. We just need a functional place to work and meet people who need help getting from one place to another. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for people to get here on time, so we have learned to be patient with everyone. We have a lot of files piled up on the shelves, mostly old records and some travel brochures that have seen better days. It can get a bit messy during the peak season when everyone wants to go on holiday at the same time. We just keep our heads down.
