We’ve been here for a long time, helping folks figure out how to get to where they need to go. We aren't one of those massive travel agencies with thousands of employees. It’s just us, sitting at our desks with a bunch of schedules and maps. People usually walk in because they’ve heard about us from their neighbors or they just live down the street. We don't have a big polished sales pitch. We just look at the tickets, tell you the price, and let you know which bus or train is actually on time. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and files, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking on bookings and making sure things are confirmed. It isn't the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We keep a calendar on the wall with all the main holidays marked off so we know when things are going to get really hectic. It's a bit old-fashioned, but it works better than some of the computer apps we've tried. We’ve seen the streets change a lot, but our way of doing things is pretty much the same as it always was.
