Dehradun is a nice place to be, and our office sits right on Rajpur Road in the Jakhan area. It is number 152/2. Most days you will see students coming up the stairs here because they want to work in the aviation industry. We have a few rooms set up for teaching. It is not some fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we talk about planes and how airports run. The traffic outside on Rajpur Road can get pretty loud in the afternoons, and sometimes the dust from the street gets inside if we leave the windows open. Sometimes the computers act up or the internet goes slow, but we get things done eventually. We have been here for a while now. People know us as the place to go if you want to learn about ground handling or being cabin crew. We spend a lot of time looking at manuals and maps and practicing how to talk to passengers. The tea shop nearby is where we usually go when there is a break. It feels like a small community here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a handful of us working to help people get their start in the clouds. Some days are busy with paperwork and others are quiet. We try to keep the place organized, though there are always stacks of forms on the desks. It is an honest living and we like seeing the students move on.
