Vidisha

I am currently set up over at Chandrabhaga Hostel, which is number 34, inside the JNU campus here in New Delhi. It is a very different atmosphere from the rest of the city because of all the trees and the students walking everywhere. Working from a hostel room or a small space like this means things are pretty informal. There are books everywhere and the sound of people talking in the corridors. I spend a lot of my time here doing work on my laptop and trying to keep everything organized. It’s not a traditional office by any means, but it serves the purpose for what Vidisha is doing right now. The internet can be a bit hit or miss depending on how many people are online, so I have to plan my work around that. Being in the middle of a university campus means there is always something going on. Sometimes I take my work outside to one of the benches if the weather is nice. It is a simple life here, just focusing on the tasks at hand and trying to make progress every day. There are no big signs or fancy furniture. It is just me and my setup in room 34. I've been here for a while now and I’ve gotten used to the rhythm of campus life. It is a quiet place to get things done, far away from the usual Delhi noise.
