Our place is in Patparganj, specifically at L-101 in Sidh Apartment. It’s a typical apartment complex, so we are right there among people’s homes. We’ve been running the travel business from here for a good while. It’s mostly us sitting at our desks, talking to people about where they want to go and booking their tickets. There are maps on the walls and piles of brochures that we really should organize better one of these days. It’s not a fancy storefront on a main road. People usually find us through word of mouth or by calling us up. The apartment is comfortable enough, though it gets a bit crowded when we have all the staff in at once. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going, especially during the peak holiday seasons when the phones don’t stop ringing. Patparganj is a busy area, and there’s always something going on outside. We know the local shopkeepers and the security guards at the gate. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don't use any big fancy systems, just our computers and the knowledge we’ve picked up over the years. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but we know exactly where everything is. We just like helping people figure out their trips without making a big deal out of it. It’s just us, doing our thing in our little office. We just keep the files moving every day.
