We are set up over at House No: 9, Room No: 15, which is part of the Dayachand Pawar building in New Delhi-16. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't looking for it. We mostly deal with visa papers and stuff for people who want to travel. It’s a lot of checking documents, making sure names are spelled right, and seeing if people have all their forms filled out. People come in looking pretty stressed because they’re worried about their trips or their paperwork. We just sit at the desks and go through the piles. The room isn't very big, so it can feel a bit crowded when four or five people are waiting at once. We’ve got some filing cabinets that are basically overflowing at this point. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for people who need to get their travel sorted. The area around here is okay, mostly residential with some small shops. We don't have a big sign or anything fancy. It’s just a room where we get the job done. Sometimes the printers run out of ink right when we’re in a hurry, which is a pain. We just take it one person at a time. It’s a simple operation, really. No big corporate offices here, just us in Room 15 trying to keep the papers organized and the process moving along. It gets busy, but we handle it as best we can.
