We are located right here in Hauz Qazi, on Street Razia Begum. It is a busy part of Delhi and honestly, it gets quite loud outside with all the rickshaws and people moving about. Our office at House Number 4687 is where we handle a lot of the paperwork that comes through. Most days, we are just sitting at our desks dealing with folders and passport copies. It is not a fancy place, just a workspace where we try to keep things organized so nothing gets lost. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to work once the backup kicks in or the power returns. We have been in this spot for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up fine for what we do. Dealing with travel documents and all those visa details takes up most of our time. We keep the chai kettle going because it helps us stay focused during the long afternoons. People come in and out with questions all day long. We just try to give them the right forms and tell them what to do next. It is straightforward work, really. No big secrets or anything like that. Just us in this old building near the market area, making sure the files move from one desk to the next like they should. It gets dusty, but that’s just how it is in this part of town.
