Our place is located at House Number 235 in Rajpura Gurmandi. If you know Delhi, you know these areas can be quite packed. We operate as Vfs Global Services from this small spot. It’s not like those big corporate towers you see in Gurgaon. This is just a regular house that we’ve converted for our needs. It feels much more like a local neighborhood office. We have people coming in and out all day for their paperwork. Sometimes the line gets a bit long and people get frustrated. We try to move things along, but there’s only so much we can do with the forms and the systems. The neighborhood is lively, with a lot of shops nearby. It gets pretty loud during the day. Inside, we have our desks and some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a big lounge. Just some fans and water. We’ve been at this Rajpura address for some time now. It’s a lot of data entry and checking documents over and over. It can be a bit boring, but it’s the job. We try to be helpful when we can. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait. It’s just how things are here. We aren't anything fancy, just a team doing our part in the community.
