We've been here at L_61 in Raghubir Nagar for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi and our small office is right in the middle of everything. Most days start early with a cup of tea and looking through piles of forms people bring in. It's not fancy here but we get the job done. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet gets slow, which can be annoying when there’s a line, but we manage. People come from all over the neighborhood and even further away to drop off their papers. We handle a lot of different documents and try to make sure everything is filled out right before it goes off to the next stage. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, answering phones, and typing things into the computer. Raghubir Nagar has its own vibe, very lived-in and crowded, and we’re just another part of that daily rush. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs for people to wait and a lot of files everywhere. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic and the vendors, but you get used to it after a week or so. We’ve known some of the regular folks who walk past every day for years. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to keep things moving as fast as the paperwork allows us to do.
