Our place is over at H-9/6 in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, and we’re right in the middle of it. We’ve been running Vertex India from this spot for a good while. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a solid building where we get our daily work done. Most of what we do involves various business services, so there are always people on headsets or typing away at their desks. Malviya Nagar is a lively area, so there’s always plenty of noise from the market and the street outside, which we’ve all just gotten used to over the years. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us since the start and others who are just learning the ropes. The work can be a bit repetitive, but we try to keep a good atmosphere going with plenty of tea breaks. We don't really use corporate jargon or have big meetings about missions and visions. We just focus on meeting our daily targets and making sure the clients we support are getting what they need from us. It’s a steady rhythm. Some of us stay for the late shifts while others are here early in the morning. It’s just a regular Delhi office life. We’re glad to be in a neighborhood with such good food nearby, which makes the lunch hour the best part of the day for everyone.
