We are located in Defence Colony at C-404. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, and we’ve been in this spot for a good while. Vertex India is basically a customer service hub, so our days are filled with people and problems that need sorting out. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at—just rows of desks, headsets, and computer monitors that stay on all day. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is talking on the phone at the same time. We don't have a lot of time for small talk or long breaks, but we try to be as helpful as we can to whoever is calling. Working in customer service is a bit of a grind, but someone has to do it. We handle a lot of different queries throughout the day, ranging from simple questions to very frustrated people. Some things are easy to fix, while others take hours of checking through the computer system. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just come in, log on, and start answering the calls or emails as they come through the queue. The neighborhood is actually quite nice, and there are some good spots nearby to grab a quick bite to eat. Most of our staff are just regular people working hard, along with a few of us who have been around since we first opened this office.
